Engin Nukan was born in Istanbul in 1980. After graduating from the Accounting Department at Anadolu University, he worked as an accounting supervisor at various companies in the private sector.

He has been with TGS Dış Ticaret since 2009, serving successively as Accounting Manager, Board Member, and General Manager.

He continues to serve as General Manager and Board Member. He is married and a father of two daughters.

Born in Ankara in 1973, M. Kaan Şakul graduated from Heybeliada Naval High School and subsequently earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics (English program) from Istanbul University in 1996, followed by a master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Bilgi University in 2015.

He pursued a career in banking from 1996 to 2024, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking and an Executive Committee Member at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası between 2021 and 2024.

Kaan Şakul currently serves as a Board Member at Aksa Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş., a subsidiary of Kazancı Holding.

Selahattin Okan is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration at the Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences. He began his career at the Board of Tax Inspectors of the Ministry of Finance, where he specialized in auditing and financial control, establishing a strong professional foundation within the tradition of public sector auditing.

He held senior management and audit responsibilities within the Eczacıbaşı Group for many years, undertaking critical roles in investment management, portfolio management, and corporate finance. During this period, he played an active role in strengthening the financial structures of companies and developing corporate governance systems.

He obtained the title of Certified Public Accountant (Sworn-in) in 1995. He currently operates as a management and tax consultant, playing a pivotal role in the areas of financial transparency, corporate governance, and long-term value creation.

Holding the Capital Market Activities Level 3 (Advanced) License, the Derivative Instruments License, and the Corporate Governance Rating License, Okan provides companies with a strategic perspective through his deep expertise in capital markets and corporate governance.
